We want you to love your Luckari jewelry. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Return Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, pierced jewelry, and flat back jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue, damage, or an order error.

Items may be eligible for return if:

The item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
There is a confirmed quality issue

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and unworn
In its original packaging
With all original accessories included
Supported by photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Earrings
Pierced jewelry
Flat back earrings
Final sale items
Gift cards
Items damaged due to improper use or care

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
